This happened several times despite Expedia calling the front desk - eventually it was sorted, but it took a lot of my time chasing it. To be clear, the Expedia support was very good - it was the hotel that was the problem. Breakfast is poor (for the price). I would not stay here again."

"We have a service dog who should by law be granted free access to any hotel. However, to this hotel for some reason it is not allowed to bring your service dog free of charge. Very bad service from the hotel and I will be in contact with Expedia to get this thing sorted out, as it is written in the service description as well."
