"Ground floor room. Just a regular hotel room with a full size fridge, but with a great view and short walking beach access. Pool was warm and the bar was a nice addition if you need a drink. The breakfast choices were a little slim like no waffle station or fruit etc., but more than you can eat. They serve it to you like a small lunch line. Now I will say if you are a smoker and can’t walk far, this place probably may not be for you. There is a designated spot, but it’s at the very opposite end of the building furthest from the pool. Do not be thinking that you can get a sixth floor balcony and not get caught because they have security 24 seven walking and looking up and they will yell at you. Other than that, the place is very well kept and clean."

"We will definitely stay here again if we visit PCB. The staff was so friendly. Toni was at reception when we checked in and she was lovely! Within the first 4 hours of being there, I had a few odd requests, and she came through with a smile. I hated that she wasn't working the rest of our stay. David, the manager, shows obvious care in the property. He was constantly present and making sure everything was as it should be. Christina, at breakfast, also always smiling was so kind. We witnessed one guy break the pancake machine and then was quite rude to her after his mistake. She patiently handled with a smile. The breakfast itself was great! My 12yo and 9yo would have stayed in the pools until midnight every day had I let them. 24/7 they have coffee, tea, water and hot chocolate available. The hotel is in walking distance of stores, restaurants and a really cool pier. We always felt safe too, which is very important when traveling with kids. Awesome hotel and staff! "

"The beach view was completly obstructed by trees and a birm, as soon as we arrived the rooom had trash infront and dripping. Roaches coming from the fridge area"

"Out the back door there was a pond with turtles and ducks. My kids just loved it. Kid friendly property. Great ice cream place nearby the Pink Pelican. Staff was very helpful. Kitchen was fully stocked. Nice refrigerator. Would definitely go back for the price. Only complaint was the washer/dryer combo. "

"Host was quick to respond to questions and gave helpful information. The condo had nice extras like coffee pods for the first day and soft soap in the bathroom. The view was great as was the resort property. Great location as well. "
