"A delightful large property extremely well stocked.with a well maintained garden with mature trees leading down to a pontoon onto the River Loir suitable for water activities.Please note NOT the River Loire with an E which would not be suitable for water activities Outdoor games, bikes and kayaks available.Do visit the guinguette 3 properties away, an open air relaxed bar and restaurant with plenty of space for active children and adults.We were spoilt with good weather perfect for the outdoor life.Anyone with mobility problems might find the stairs difficult to manage daily.Excellent communication with a most helpful host. Our party of 8 ,ages ranging from 2 to 88 had a wonderful and memorable weeks holiday here."

"Hôtes très gentils, les chambres avec chacune toilettes et salle de bain au top ! Belle et grande piscine couverte. Quelques points à améliorer cependant : cafetière trop petite et lente, les transats trop peu nombreux et vieillissants, il faudrait un minimum de prestations d accueil (savon mains, café, sel, poivre, papier toilettes ....d autant plus qu il n y a pas de commerces proches) du produit anti mouches (nous avons été envahis). Remplacer la table de ping pong très usée. Dans l ensemble un bon séjour dans une région magnifique"

"The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the old town of Le Mans. The staff are extremely helpful and speakexcellent English if required. The hotel has the bonus of being able to pre book a space for the car in their secured underground car park. The hotel is also pet friendly. The A/C did fail in the higher temperature when we stayed, 35°C. We haven't had this problem on previous visits."

"Fantastic guest experience from arrival to departure. Location close to the autoroute. Plenty of free onsite parking. A very warm welcome from Margaret who was so helpful and kind throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. Very clean and comfortable bedroom with good amenities. We used the pool. Could t rate the place and the team any higher. Thank you."

"We neglected to get parking instructions, so we parked on the street and had to drag our luggage a couple of blocks. Ask for the name of the underground parking almost right at their door. I can't recall the name of the front desk guy, but he was the most delightful Indian young man. He saw us coming across the square, with me pushing a walker, so he ran down the stairs and carried our luggage up the stairs while my husband helped me up. He was the most caring, outgoing front desk person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He spoke English with his lovely accent, apologizing for how rusty his English was. We were given two complimentary mocktails in the lovely bar they have, and met a bartender as charming at the front desk guy. Again, forgot his name, but he was Argentinian and spoke good English as wel. I loved the dark paint and wallpaper - very calming. In spite of being right in the middle of the action, our room was blessed silent. The tram station is right out front so you can just park your car and forget about it. We ate at the Brasserie du Ralliement occupying a grand old theatre just a few steps down from the hotel."

"I was attending an event at the IceParc so the location is great. The room is small but adequate and comfortable, and the kitchenette is very nice. The supermarket next day is convenient. I rated cleanliness lower because some kitchen utensils were not clean; I had to wash cutlery before using."
