Large terraces with a fantastic view on the southern slope of Locarno (7 minutes by train, 10 minutes by car and Lago Maggiore beach can be reached in 3-4 minutes by car) and Ascona (15 minutes by car) in the municipality of Gordola (Verzasca Valley area) with private swimming pool (not in operation in winter), covered seating, private Finnish sauna , whirlpool (the costs are calculated separately), sun beds and parasol and sun islands and Weber kettle grill for your most beautiful evening grill. Most of the rooms enjoy a wonderful view of the lake, the Magadino plain and the mountains.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Patrizia enorm gut gefĂŒhlt! Wir konnten eine Woche völlig abschalten. Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht und der Garten ist sehr liebevoll gepflegt! Im Haus fehlt es an rein gar nix, man kommt an und fĂŒhlt sich sofort wohl und kann darin Leben!! Wir waren so zufrieden, dass wir sofort wieder eine Woche fĂŒr Oktober gebucht haben!! Freuen uns schon riesig, die wunderbaren und herzlichen Gastgeber Patrizia und Giuseppe bald wieder zu sehen! GRAZIE DI CUORE! Loredana und Thomas

viele Treppen

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nette Leute, die Aussicht ist sehr schön, wir waren 10 Tage hier, immer sonnig. aber um die Wohnung zu erreichen. Es gibt viele Treppen, das Haus ist so verdĂ€chtig, wie ich erwartet hatte. Es verfĂŒgt ĂŒber zwei Schlafzimmer, eine KĂŒche und ein Wohnzimmer. Funktionell habe ich nichts Besseres gesehen. Wenn ich es am Anfang gewusst hĂ€tte, hĂ€tte ich es nicht gemietet.

Traumhaft!

Wir verbrachten 1 Woche (19.08- bis 26.08.2023) in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Es ist effektiv alles wie im Angebot beschrieben und es fehlt absolut gar nichts - somit wĂ€re auch eigentlich schon fast alles gesagt - doch bei der Anlage ist sehr schnell zu spĂŒren, dass die Vermieter alles mit Herzblut unternommen haben und auch unternehmen, dass man sich dort sehr wohl fĂŒhlen kann. Was es zu Wissen gilt, dass das Ferienhaus via eine relativ lange und steile Treppe zu erreichen ist. Dort jedoch angekommen ist die Freude umso grösser ĂŒber die grosse Terrasse mit Pool und der genialen Aussichten, ausserhalb und auch im Haus. Diese Woche war das Wetter sehr schön und die Temperaturen sehr hoch. Dank Pool, viel möglichem Schatten und Klimaanlage genossen wir es sehr. Vielen Dank an Patrizia & Giuseppe fĂŒr die Gastfreundschaft, bleibt Gesund und hoffentlich bis bald wieder😊 Liebe GrĂŒsse Röbi & Maja

TrĂšs bel endroit, trĂšs bon accueil de l’hĂŽte. Juste quelques petites incomprĂ©hensions dues Ă  la langue ( nous ne parlions ni italien ni allemand et l’hĂŽte ne parlait ni français ni anglais). Attention toutefois Ă  l’annonce en français qui est erronĂ©e, il n’y a pas deux salles de bains dans la maison, mais juste une salle de douche.

Wir genossen eine wunderbare Woche im Tessin. Die Beschreibungen und Bilder auf der Webseite wecken hohe Erwartungen, die aber durchweg erfĂŒllt oder gar ĂŒbertroffen werden. Wir haben bereits mehrere HĂ€user via VRBO/fewo-direkt u.Ă€. gemietet, aber in keinem war alles so perfekt gereinigt und vorbereitet. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen, an alles ist gedacht (Grill mit Zubehör wie AnzĂŒnd- und Reinigungsmaterial, Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, KĂŒchenutensilien - wir haben rein gar nichts vermisst). Die Kommunikation mit Patrizia vor und wĂ€hrend der Buchung klappte wunderbar, sie antwortete immer sehr rasch und erklĂ€rte alles. Aber auch wĂ€hrend des Aufenthaltes stand sie fĂŒr allfĂ€llige Fragen prompt und hilfreich zur VerfĂŒgung. Vielen Dank, Patrizia, wir haben die Zeit bei Euch sehr genossen und hoffen, bald einmal wieder Eure GĂ€ste zu sein.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit sagenhaftem Blick und Pool

Wir haben hier eine Woche mit der Familie verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen, hat einen tollen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore und außerdem einen Pool. Es war alles sehr sauber und wie auf den Fotos im Inserat. Die Abwicklung der Buchung, der Kontakt mit den Vermietern und der Empfang waren ausgesprochen unkompliziert. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen wurden, es wurde uns alles gezeigt und wir haben gute Tips fĂŒr den Aufenthalt bekommen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir wĂŒrden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
