  • Welcome to our Tranquility Oasis!!! Great place to watch OSU football game while swimming in the heated indoor pool!!! Memories will be made here!!!! This house offers something for everyone...A very Spacious 5000 square foot home featuring an additional 2000 square foot indoor heated pool, a large family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, 5 bedrooms with 2 bedroom suites, plenty of private spaces for multiple families, great spaces inside and outside to play games, read a book, or just relax next to the fire pit, star gazing and enjoying smores with friends and family!!

    Nearby are Golf courses, Delaware State Park-fishing, hiking, beach, boating, kayaking, picnics, etc., Alum Creek, great restaurants and ice cream. There is even a train that passes behind the house that the kids are sure to enjoy!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Everyone loved the pool, and the adults loved even more to be able to relax on the reclining couches while the kids swam! Will definitely stay again!

Perfect Family Fun Weekend!

What a perfect spot for a small family reunion weekend! The house/pool are exactly as pictured (if not nicer!), kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and there was plenty of room for kids to play outside. Communication with owners was a breeze! Highly recommend.

The property was decorated and had all of the kitchen things you needed to cook. It was a perfect space, pool was not super warm but, was tolerable that’s my only complaint with he pool area was only around 60.

Great place for a guys golfing weekend. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need utensil and pot and pan wise to make a decent meal. Big webber gas grill outside that works fine. Pool was perfect for the hot weather we had after golf round.

Had a great time! Huge house and kitchen had everything you could ever need. Some maintenance issues but didn’t affect our stay (screws coming out of upstairs bedroom door, ceiling lights over pool turned off and wouldn’t turn back on). Pool was so nice for our grandkids!

Awesome vacation home!

We booked this house for the full family—grandparents through grandkids, and we had a blast. This is the perfect house to bring the family together for meals, games, swimming, and relaxing. Truly, the photos don’t do this house or property justice. It’s very nice, clean, and fully stocked for preparing large meals. Make sure you bring your own shampoo and body wash, but otherwise the house has all you need. We’re already talking about when we can plan our next trip :)

Nice quiet location to relax and get away from it all. Excellent kitchen for the cooks in the group. Bedrooms could use blinds to prevent sun from getting in at sunrise. House could use an info sheet for the lights and controls.

We are pretty particular about VRBO’s, but this one surpassed all expectations. Incredibly clean and well-appointed. I appreciated the door lock code for the pool to help keep our kiddo safe. The pool is incredible! Already planning on coming back next year.

Overall loved the house. The pool was great and very clean. Kitchen spacious and clean. Huge yard, plenty of parking for our group. Great communication with hostess. There werent any window treatments for the upstairs bedrooms, it would have been nice to have so those folks could sleep late. Would stay here again!

Perfect space for a family winter getaway

Great space with all the essential and more for a family retreat . The heated indoor pool is as amazing as the pictures show. With snow flying outside it was cool for the kids to enjoy hours of swimming. Plenty of space for a large gathering for cooking , gathering , and oh so comfortable. The entire house was warm and cozy. The fireplace put out great heat while adding an aesthetic space in the main family room. The artwork added more vibrance and energy ! We are already talking about a 2026 repeat.
