I used debit card to pay for the night's stay and even though the quoted price was $98.03 the deducted price was $114.82 Am I eligible to request a refund of $16.79? Why was there a difference in price?

Stilvolles Appartement, wo man sich sehr gern aufhält. Wir konnten unsere Räder sicher im Keller abstellen (Pumpe und Werkzeug vorhanden). Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren hilfreich und entgegenkommend und die Altstadt beginnt vor der Haustür.

Christiane and family met us on arrival and made us feel right at home. We spent 3 nights in the holiday apartment, which was clean, quiet and centrally located for the 2015 International Street Festival. We were a short 10 minute walk from the train station and 15 minute walk from the old city center. ...

It's a city that is getting fuller with tourists. Still not over run. The historic architectural fabric is amazing, given the history of the area. The yearly Christmas Market is wonderful and worth a trip all by itself.
