"Great location and room was nice and a good size. The staff were helpful and looked after our bags both before and after check in. The hotel was very busy due to the Take That concert so check in took a while. The main downside to our stay though was that we couldn’t have breakfast as the queue was huge and too long."

"Consistently good and as expected in the Centre of Manchester. The rooms were well kept and I enjoyed my time here. The staff were helpful in providing assistance when required, in addition to this, the restaurant area is very calming indeed. The Hotel also provides daily quality national newspapers, which is appreciated. Five stars indeed and recommended to you."

"The hotel is very nice in a very good location a couple of block from the Town Hall. There are several parking lots nearby. The room was very nice but the lighting was not very bright. Light in the bathroom was not good for shaving or, I imagine, for applying makeup. The breakfast was good. The hotel is on a major street and the traffic noise is pretty loud most of the time."
