Great place to stay in Goslar

Really nice and beautiful hotel, placed in the centre of Goslar but yet calm after 9pm. Great atmosphere, friendly and serviceminded staff, good breakfast, excellent restaurant, and tasty cocktails. We can definitely recommend a stay there.

Hotel was beautiful in a very central location. I was updated to a better room when I checked in which was a lovely gesture. Staff were very pleasant and very professional I would have no hesitations staying here again.

Charming hotel, wonderful location

We had a pleasant time in this charming hotel. Excellent service, amazing breakfast, easy parking and a playground for our toddler. The only thing I would complain about is that the hotel has a bar with an outdoor area directly under some rooms. We got one of these rooms, and while the noise was not extreme, you could still hear people talking and smell cigarette smoke. We had our windows wide open (warm summer night) and found it a bit unpleasant. I think the hotel needs to re-think this layout or establish a non-smoking policy. Everything else was top-notch and would definitely return.

Godt sted uden stor service

The room was smaller than we expected and the welcome in the reception was not welcoming and helpful. Goslar is an old town with small streets and simulator old hotelbuldings and therefore it would be good if the staff had followed us to the room as it was difficult to find. The cleaning was standard. No access to a fridge and no air conditioning.

Die Gebäude die zum Hotel gehören sind toll!! Der Empfang war hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Danke Herr Graf! Wir waren zu dritt und erhielten nach freundlicher Nachfrage ein freies Apparment, da uns eine Sitzecke in der gebuchten Suite fehlte (das Sofa in der Suite war der weitere Schlafplatz).

Fantastisk hotel, med meget venlig personale, værelserne var rene, sengene var behagelige, børnene har sovet på en sovesofa der var godt kvalitet. Morgenmaden er fremragende, med en lille note: de kan ikke lave blødkogte æg:)) Da vi boede på værelset navnet Südhaus, med to værelser delt på 2 etager, alt var perfekt undtaget en lille ting: en af værelserne har vindue kun mod deres bar terrasse, og der er mange der ryger, så man kan ikke åbne vinduet til at få frisk luft om aftenen/natten. Men, alt i alt, en fantastisk oplevelse, meget charmerende hotel.
