I booked this after Mount Fuji hike, so that I can take a good rest before heading for next destination. It is a very budget hotel, feels a bit outdated, motel-like decor, hallway carpet with stain, some wallpaper peeling off, room door uses key instead of access card but hey, it is a budget hotel after all, I have no issue with that. What it matter is, the central air is cool and quiet, bathroom is clean, water is hot, plenty of cloth hangers, Internet is fast, stuffs are very helpful, free breakfast, free evening drink and most importantly, the bed and pillow are very comfortable! And Mount Fuji view with standard room price. The town have not much to see but people there are super nice, just start your conversation with a Japanese greetings and they will help you! nearby Daiso, Bookoff are 10 minutes walk away. Many western style restaurant around. Next to the Gotemba station is a big plus! If you are looking for a Mount Fuji-view hotel to stay without breaking your budget, this is your choice.

Staff were very helpful and went out of there way to assist, one staff member even chased us up the street to ensure we had the correct directions for the local supermarket, not great English but used a translating service whenever in doubt. Dated property but clean and well priced. Very convenient location across the road from train and bus station. Staff held our bags whilst we climbed Mt Fuji and checked back in following day. Slept well, great view of Fuji, charming place, not the most modern but made up for but lovely staff, recommended.

今回は御殿場アウトレットの旅で利用しました。アウトレットからは無料のバスが御殿場駅まであり、ホテルも駅目の前で便利で迷うことなく到着できました。施設はやや古さがありましたが、清潔な感じがありました。朝食も美味しかったです。特にスクランブルエッグが美味しく気に入りました！ 富士山🗻も朝から全面が見え大満足です！

家族連れには不向きのホテル

子連れ4人で滞在。今後は使用しません。 家族用の部屋を予約しましたが、バスタブとシャワー、トイレが同じ部屋にあり、複数人数での宿泊に適してません。 ビジネスホテルと全く同じ作りにがっかりしました。テレビも一名部屋用のサイズでした。 更にはバスタブに黒カビ、タオルおよび枕が一名分不足しておりました。ウォシュレットも洗面台の水を先に出さないと機能せず、非常に不便でした。 家族での宿泊はお勧めしません。
