"The place was great, the train station is about a 13 minute walk away which isn’t too bad considering it will take you straight to shibuya. It had air conditioning, a kitchen, a washer. It was basically an apartment! Very peaceful and quiet, never had to worry about any neighbors or noise. Very clean as well and the complimentary stuff is great. Hands down would recommend to anyone staying in Tokyo who wants a good experience."

"The property was exactly what we needed for our two week stay in Japan! We were left alone and weren’t bothered. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment however we found it didn’t dry our clothes very well. However there is within walking distance a laundry mat that was super easy to use and get to. Would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a cheaper stay and a little less touristy to get emerged into Japan. "

"This apartment is in such a good location! Very clean, quiet, comfortable mattress, shower with good heat and water pressure, nice washing machine, nice kitchen. The two queen beds are squeezed in one room, so you have to climb over one mattress to get to the other. There was only two of us on this trip, so we did fine. Very close to the train station. "To wait till last minute just to release the address is simply not mindful of the requirements of international travelers. Adresses are required for Japan entry purposes. I don’t see any reason to withhold that till last minute. Check in procedures are not required in advance but the actual address to help with logistics and planning and for Japan visitor entry. "
"We loved everything about this hotel. The room was a great size, it was clean and had all the essentials plus more. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. "Great rooms with lots of amenities (welcome brownies, coffee, tea, minibar, slippers, robes, umbrella, etc). Bicycles are available through front desk. Hospitality hour is held nightly with wine, sangria, sake with appetizers. The concierge was extremely helpful. The hotel is about a 9 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!"
