"Great location and value! Room was surprisingly quiet given some construction works in the area and being across from the elevators. Long hallway in the room from the door to the living area helps. AC worked great."

"While the facilities were in good condition, there was a great deal of noise and disruption from the neighbors. Multiple fights audible enough to disrupt sleep in the middle of the night, one random woman knocking on my door at 4 AM looking for someone I'd never heard of. Not sure that any of it is the property's fault per se besides perhaps inadequate soundproofing, but it seems worth sharing."

"Clean, modern hotel. Room was a decent size for 2 people. Solid WiFi to work. Staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Very responsive. Workout room was a good size with options for cardio and a decent set of weights with plenty of room to exercise. Plenty of dining options that are walkable from the hotel. Good value for the money. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"I was very impressed with the hotel- excellent value for money and good location. This is a hsitorical hotel. Does feel dated but has charm. Maybe needs a little more TLC. Howver, the room and bathroom are updated and very comfortable. The quality of the bedding was superb. My bathroom was spacious and the towels full and fluffy. The included full breakfast is more than generous and excellent (great Chef). Breakfast s served in the adjoining German/Bavarian beer haus. Very authentic building- great atmosphere. Wish I had gone to this brewery rather than the brewery I stopped at Saturday night:( There are not many good hotel choices in downtown Madison. I would stay here again."
