"Do not try to check in early we tried 2 hours early because we arrived soon than expected-> receptionist was completely rude to my husband. She was talking to another staff member about her previous "adventure" he wait almost 4 mins while they talked before he was acknowledged. Then was told ughhh no come back at 3 when it will be ready. TO BE HONEST we almost canceled the trip because of this encounter. Aside from Karen (not her name fyi) it was a pleasant hotel. Kids loved the pool and being able to jump in the 8ft side of it. Nice pool side tables and chairs with working umbrellas. Room stayed cool all day & night. Cleaning crew was very friendly as well as the breakfast staff. The guy that works the kitchen room is on point. He told my husband and kids if there's anything that get low or we need more of to let him know and he was on it."
