"Upon arrival, it appeared that the kitchen had not been cleaned at all. We had to wipe down the interior of the refrigerator and freezer before using. There were also multiple perishable food items left behind. We also noed a torn shower curtain. When we contacted the property manager, the only response was thanks for letting me know. "

I slept with a chair in front of the door and also went and bought shower shoes to wear in the shower. This is also the only time I have ever left a review for a place. This place needs a lot of work. It has potential however at this time I would never recommend this place for anyone."

"Had a hiccup when first checking in BUT the owner was quick with replies and taking care of issue. Place is exactly as described. Quiet, off beaten path, river view house. Very nice sunsets. This was the perfect rental for me, I like an off the beaten path place - yet still a 10-15 min max drive to all needs. Beds were comfy, water was hot, and view was excellent. Would suggest to bring slippers for inside house. If a light sleeper bring earplugs. Train comes by quite a bit. Sometimes not...
