Very disappointing stay… Hotel overcrowded. The breakfast area was extremely busy, to the point that we had to sit in a separate dining area. On Saturday afternoon at 13:00, we requested water to be delivered to our room. When we returned after 22:00 that evening, the water had still not been delivered. At the same time (13:00), we requested a plug adaptor for the hairdryer, as the only plug point near a mirror is a 3-point plug while the hairdryer is 2-point. Up until now, no plug has been brought to the room. In addition, the curtains in the room are not properly hooked. Very untidy for a 5 star place. No porters assisting with luggage.

The facilities were clean but it’s outdated. The furniture in my room were worn and need replacing. The walls had marks on them in some areas too. It’s not a bad option but I feel it’s overpriced for the condition of the furniture

Wonderful location, nice staff and perfect view.

A very nice place to stay! Close to the waterfront and main restaurants. The hotel is super clean, new rooms, beautiful view (ocean view room) and the staff is very friendly. My flight was very early and we left the hotel at 5am. So they prepared a lunch box for my family since breakfast opens at 6am. Thanks for all.

Great spot

I arrived after dark and was happy to have a clean quiet room, and in hotel restaurant. The bar was quiet and not staffed, given this was off season this was staffed lighter than may have been during busier times of the year. Light renovations were ongoing to improve the building non impacted me. Wish I had arrived in day light to better know my surroundings. Great location near the beach and beach restaurant. Pool overlooking the ocean was nice, too windy to enjoy. The food at dinner and breakfast was good and room comfortable. Staff was great to coordinate airport pickup/dropoff.

Horrific from start to finish

The worst stay ever at a Radisson Blue. Foul smelling water dripping from the vent in the room and no water for a day (the only place in the area so it wasn’t widespread). We were moved to another sea facing room and there was a cockroach. Other people in our party also had cockroaches in their rooms - the rooms are dirty. The restaurant would not give the bar ice cream to make dom pedros that we asked for (it’s the same premise) so we went to Mac Donalds and the bar staff made them for us. THERE IS NO SERVICE OR INTEREST WHEN YOU STAY HERE This hotel should not have the Radisson name. Radisson WAS my preferred hotel but no longer after this stay

Our check-in was easy and seamless, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. However, our room was unacceptably warm for most of the evening, despite a technician confirming that everything was in working order. The walls of the bathroom were also alarmingly dirty in a few spots. There was also no printed information of any sort in the room that we could find-no area guides, no information about hotel services or amenities, or anything else. We tried the dedicated channel on the tv for that information as well, but didn’t find it there either.

Awesome view and service

The service was impeccable. The staff greeted me by name before even providing my booking. Throughout the stay staff were friendly and helpful. The views are gorgeous .Slight improvement could be made such as placing the curtain on the opposite side to maximise the view and having a square toilet seat on a square toilet. Would recommend.

Not usual standard of a Radisson.

The photos of this hotel make it look far better than in person to be honest! There were signs in the lift advising of 'soft refurbishment' being undertaken which would have been helpful to know upon making the reservation. Not what we expect from the Radisson brand. The photo shown of the bar area is not what we saw - there was a make-shift bar in the corner and a large area with no furniture in so we can only assume that they had ripped out the main bar as part of the refurb. It was very odd and looked a bit abandoned/empty so not a comfortable or relaxing environment to spend an evening in.

Horrible new bathroom trend in hotels

There is a new trend in hotel design worldwide which this hotel follows and it needs to stop. Not having proper walls and doors in bathrooms within the room. There is no privacy since the walls are now made of cristal so all the bedroom is illuminated by the bathroom, and the doors don't shot so noise and smell flow into the bedroom effortlessly. There is no way of going into the bathroom and not waking up other people in the room. It's a nightmare when traveling with friends and work colleagues! This Radisson Blue feels like in need of a full renovation.

Great views but a stain on the Raddison brand. Very tired rooms and the restaurant is a disaster. Had bug in bed in first room. Tepid food had to be returned in Tabu. Could only offer vanilla ice cream and Brown sauce "out of stock". Laughing stock more like. Pleasant front desk staff though.
