Here you sleep in a historic monument.

Camdeboo Cottages are located in a very safe area, you can walk everywhere in Graaff-Reinet. The welcome was a bit cold but the service was good. However breakfast wasn't brilliant although the setting was, you're seated in the shade next to the pool in the inner courtyard. You can park right in front of your cottage. The room was great and clean but dated. It is a historic monument that's recently been refurbished.

Vanaf de buitenkant ziet het er mooi uit, binnen is alles erg gedateerd. Wifi is wel gratis. Voor ontbijt moet 60 rand worden bij betaald. Dit alles samen maakt prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding niet goed.

Well situated, comfortable cottage

A large, comfortable room overlooking the garden. All clean and in good condition. Well situated in town centre. Excellent dinners - nothing fancy, just good home cooking.

Nice place, centrally located.

Nicely appointed individual cottages set around a safe courtyard with swimming pool. We choose not to eat there but they serve evening meals and breakfast. If you're looking for a restaurant in town we enjoyed Polka. Easy to find, avoid the starters but the mains were great. Desserts looked nice too!

Zentral gelegen, aber nichts besonderes

Das Hotel ist schön zentral gelegen, jedoch etwas lieblos geführt und entsprechend lieblos eingerichtet. Wir waren in Südafrika besseres gewohnt. Für eine Nacht aber o.k., da die Zimmer sauber und ruhig sind.
