Very rustic with modern s

This home is centrally located to the hilltop towns and coastal cities in Istria. The house is in a very small village, but a quick drive to Zminj, which has a few nice restaurants and a grocery. The villa is very rustic, but with many beautiful modern s. We loved the solitude of the home and the ease of accessing all the Istria has to offer.

Check-in und Check-out haben gut funktioniert. Weil das Ferienhaus mitten in Istrien ist, brauch man fĂŒr alles ein paar Autominuten - das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Bis bald!

Tolles Haus mit MĂ€ngeln

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und ist gut geschnitten. Leider ist die Beschreibung etwas irrefĂŒhrend, es gibt zwar eine Klimaanlage, jedoch nur in der Wohnstube, die Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage sind nicht klimatisiert. Außerdem waren fĂŒr den Preis sehr viele MĂ€ngeln festzustellen, von der nicht funktionierenden Dusche bis zu Steckdose die aus der Wand gezogen waren. Alles in Allem reicht es daher nur fĂŒr drei Sterne.
