About this property

Live like you're in a castle in this vaulted-ceiling bedroom, available for rent after a complete renovation

  • The studio, located in a newly restored farmhouse dating back to 1835, is situated in a quiet village in the beautiful Franconian Forest. The nearest major town is Kulmbach.
We live and work here, along with our two medium-sized dogs.
The accommodation has a separate entrance and is completely independent of our living quarters.
There is a lovely terrace available.
We’ve lovingly, creatively, and luxuriously designed this 39-square-meter studio. It’s equipped with a small open kitchen, a dream bathroom, a super-comfortable double bed (180x200), a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a vacuum cleaner, and much more.

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed to stay here, as our dog is unfriendly toward other dogs.
