A little slice of paradise. Enjoy exquisite sunrises and sunsets from back lawn of this beautiful lakefront home on a deep water cove. Expansive well maintained lawn ideal for games and socializing with friends and family. Perfect location for fun filled getaway. This property exudes a sense of peaceful serenity. Private dock just out the back door with some of the best fishing on the lake. Dock has diving platform and sun deck with covered fishing hole. For night fishing dock is equipped with monster lights, which attracts many species of fish with an occasional trophy being landed. Kids will never forget the excitement of landing that first fish. Basic fishing equipment provided if you don’t have your own. Option available to moor your own boat to dock with prior approval.
Gorgeous well maintained main house is 2 bedroom 1 bath and sleeps 6. Additional charming bunkhouse sleeps 4. All amenities are provided, just bring yourselves and be prepared to relax in this beautifully decorated, well appointed gem of a home. Spacious tranquil lot privately fenced, with fire pit that is perfect for those memorable nights toasting smores and creating lifelong memories. Local wildlife are frequent visitors. Close to Rocker B baseball facility. Large partially covered back deck is the perfect place to gather while preparing meals on the grill. Deck has dining table with seating for 6, plus additional seating for 4 in the conversation area. Kitchen has everything a serious cook needs, gas stovetop, electric oven and microwave. On-site management for your convenience. Just bring the food, the family and friends and let the good times roll.

Amazing!

This place is AMAZING! The home is lovely clean, and well equipped with anything that you may need. The property is amazing. It is well equipped with water toys, fire pit & lawn games. The dock was so much fun! Fishing, swimming, floating and all things lake. It was perfect.

Weekend getaway

The Best Place Ever!

We loved it here! It was peaceful and quiet. We fished, swam, jumped in the water, made s’mores and played games during our stay! We loved seeing the baby geese in the water. The cottage was a lap of luxury with every thing you need! The girls enjoyed sleeping in the bunkhouse, the bunk beads were so comfortable! We will be coming back!

Perfect getaway!

The house was very cozy and had everything you could need! Lou was very accommodating and offered help to us! They had a nice little s’mores package waiting when we arrived as well as wood in the fire pit ready to go! Eating and sitting on the patio was very beautiful. Especially the sunsets and sunrises! Beyond our expectations

We had a wonderful stay and this immaculate lake house. It is right off the water with a wonderful dock. We kept our boat in the dock overnight and never worried about it getting scratched or moving due to wakes because the house is in a wonderful little cove area. The kids enjoyed fishing, playing corn hole and badminton. We also enjoyed the s'mores basket provided by the owners. We hope to return next summer.

Perfect lake getaway

This house is just precious! They thought of everything. We caught so many fish, they had fun pool floats and were super responsive if we had any questions. The listing does not tell you that the owner lives on property so we had a big of a surprise coming home from dinner our first night but once we were made aware it was no big deal at all. We will for sure be back!

Spring Break Trip

We drove up to the cottage and we’re immediately impressed with its presentation. Such a cute, inviting get away spot! It was easy to find and as we opened the door to the cottage, we were happy to find it appeared exactly as pictured in listing. We had a mild mishap when unloading our groceries with the fridge temperature but Lou and her husband went above and beyond to make sure we had a cold place for food. Turns out, the fridge just needed unplugged for a minute to reset and we went on the next two days without a hitch! My daughter and I enjoyed the cottage and deck area while the boys took their new boat on its maiden trip! The only disappointment was we couldn’t use the boat dock because of the low water level of lake. They had so much fun and have already asked me to book again this summer. Thank you Lou for a pleasant experience that we won’t soon forget!

Perfect PK Place for Family

We had a fantastic stay. This is the perfect place to come cool off after playing baseball games at Rocker B Ranch. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the dock and jumped into the lake for hours. Then they made great use of the kayak that was provided. The landlord was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Well deserved rating

This is not a rental where the pics look nice and when you arrive you realize it’s filled with cheap furniture and run down finishes. It is obvious these thoutful hosts take great care of their property and their guests. Everything was immaculate from the yard to the dock to the furnishings inside. We were welcomed with all the supplies for smores (including firewood any fire starters) and they put out the kayak as they knew we wanted to use it. The composite dock (no splinters!) is so nice and there were a ton of inflatable lake toys to use along with fishing gear.and life jackets. Such a lovely and quiet cove to enjoy peaceful mornings with coffee made from the fully stocked coffee bar. We had a slight issue getting the gate code to work, but the hosts were there to help before we even had a chance to ask. We had such a great weekend celebrating our son’s 18th birthday. Book this one. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Great fishing trip!

My husband and i were looking for somewhere that we could fish right out our backdoor, this was it. It was 106 degrees everyday, I still fished, the breeze 7nder the covered dock made it not so bad, and i caught several catfish, all around 6 pounds. The place was great, had everything we needed, will stay again!

Family Lake Trip

This property is so nice, and well taken care of. It will not disappoint. I know when looking at the property before booking I thought there is no way a 1 bathroom would work for us (7 people). But some how we all made it happen. The house itself is so nice, and very clean. I Loved the bunkhouse for the teenagers (13,16,18). The dock is also amazing. We spent most of our time out there, floating on the water, but mostly the fishing was the go too. Out of our party of seven, four of us managed to catch 22 fish in a four day span. The property owners are so very nice. They are very responsive and get back with you very quickly if you have any problems or questions. They also welcome you with a welcome S’mores basket which was a hit with all the kids. My Family gives this property a 10/10, we would definitely Love to go back.

Independence Day Celebration

This was the perfect location for a fun 4th of July getaway. The kids enjoyed fishing, swimming off the dock and smores on the firepit. House was clean and welcoming. Owners did great communicating when we had some AC issues which they resolved. We hope to be back.

The pictures don’t do the place justice. It is directly on the water with a first class pier and a professionally maintained yard and landscaping. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Property owner provided one of our best experiences ever. We will be coming back.

Slice of Heaven

The property is absolutely immaculate! The yard and landscaping was so clean and inviting. We absolutely loved our whole stay. The property was exactly as described (actually even better!). Waking up and sitting on the oversized deck was a perfect way to start the day. The location of the property on the water is PERFECT! Great for our kids (and us) to swim, jump of the platform, paddleboard and fish! The dock is incredible! Plenty of room for all of us to be out there and not be on top of eachother. The beds were comfy and the bunkhouse was a dream for us having older kiddos! Lots of amenities available if you need them. Overall a great vacation!

Went for a charity golf tournament at the cliffs. Great proximity to the course and right on the water. Beds were great and the place was clean. Will stay again.
