local agradável, bem localizado e com uma boa equipe de atendimento. Café da manhã atende as necessidades e para quem gosta de bolos também disponibiliza muitas opções. Cama poderia ser maior (era tamanho casal padrão) e com colchão mais moderno. O custo-benefício vale a pena.

Quarto bem simples e antigo. O estacionamento é grudado ao quartos, então bastante barulho de carro e da rua também. Sentimos também cheiro e fumaça no quarto bem ruim. Chuveiro e café da manhã foram muito bons.

Foi muito boa. Não sei se pelo frio, mas o chalé tinha um cheiro de “trancado”. Não havia sinal de Wi-Fi neste chalé. O café da manhã é excelente!!!

Pessoal da Recepção muito atencioso! Quarto simples, cama de casal deu pra sentir a mola do colchão, não ficando no meio da cama deu pra dormir tranquila. As camas de solteiro dos meus filhos estavam ótimas. Televisão não estava funcionando Poderiam melhorar o visual do quarto Café da manhã muito bom! Localização boa!

Fantástico

Excelente A pousada não fica no centro de gramado, mas proxima. No nosso caso usavamos uber e o custo/ benefício valeu muito a pena. Ela fica licalizada em um bairo lindo e ao fundo uma aerea verde fantastica. Os chalés são bem limpos e aconchegantes. Amamos. Minhas netas chamavam nossa casa de boneca. O cafe da manhã bom.O local corresponde as imgens postadas no aplicativo.

O atendimento pelos funcionários é excelente, o café da manha é bom, somente faltou omeletes e mais opções de salgados, mas foi justificado que as opções do bufett do café estava limitado devido ao covid 19, pois o café está sendo servido na mesa.
