Excelente opção em Gramado

Estive com a minha família em Julho, na alta temporada de inverno. O hotel é muito agradável, com quartos amplos, confortáveis e bem aquecidos. A localização é excelente, bem central e com fácil acesso ao centro de Gramado. Mesmo estando localizado próximo ao centro, a sensação é de isolamento porque o hotel está no alto de uma colina, com ampla vista e muito silêncio. Alguém pode dizer que o fato de ter uma pequena subida para chegar ao hotel faz com que a opção de andar não seja viável, mas não vejo desta forma. É verdade que a parte final da subida é um pouco íngrime, mas é curta. Se mesmo assim isso for um problema, uma opção é descer de carro até o "pé" da colina, estacionar por lá e, a partir daí, andar para o centro. O fato é que as principais avenidas de Gramado tem trânsito muito ruim na alta temporada e sugiro fortemente que, sempre que possível, o passeio no centro seja feito a pé e a localização do hotel é muito favorável a isso. Além disso, como já disse, o quarto é muito grande (ficamos num loft), confortável e ainda conta com uma banheira de hidromassagem. Ficamos em 4 no quarto e havia espaço de sobra, ou seja, é uma ótima opção para a família. O café da manhã tem muitas opções e é muito gostoso. O hotel tb tem uma piscina aquecida coberta que pode ser uma opção bem relaxante após um dia de passeios. Resumindo, adoramos!

Hotel atendeu todas as expectativas. Café da manhã muito bom, localização próxima ao centro, ótima limpeza. Local silencioso que era o que minha família procurava. O ponto alto foi o atendimento de todos os colaboradores. Todos muito simpáticos, cordiais e dispostos a atender da melhor forma possível os hóspedes, especialmente a Marília.

Hotel muito bom!

Hotel muito confortável, bonito, com quarto espaçoso e cama confortável. Tenho escoliose e pedi para a equipe deixar um colchão firme para minha estadia, no qual foi atendida muito bem esta necessidade. Café da manhã com muitas opções de frutas, salgados e doces (equipe Natália e Leonardo nos atenderam muito bem). Equipe da recepção todos foram muito solícitos, atenciosos e simpáticos (equipe Marília, Humberto, Rose e Gabriela). Equipe de limpeza dos quartos muito boa! Eu e minha mulher recomendamos muito o Hotel.

Hotel simplemente incrível. - Atendimento ótimo dos funcionários todos eles. - Café maravilhoso. - Localização ótima, perto de tudo. - Quartos amplos e confortáveis. - Hotel tem um cheiro maravilhoso por causa das essências espalhadas pelas dependências. Com certeza quando estiver em Gramado esse é o local que irei ficar, não me dou bem só trabalho de procurar outro local. De um modo geral a estadia foi boa. Pode-se fazer algumas ressalvas quanto à limpeza da piscina e do apartamento, que deixaram um a desejar. Outro ponto que merece ressalva é o café da manhã, pois achei um pouco escasso e "fraco" - poderia haver mais variedades. A localização do hotel é muito boa, próximo a vários restaurantes, lojas, etc. Outrossim, poderia comentar de passagem a cobrança de R$ 32,00 por duas xícaras convencionais de chá, mas talvez se possa colocar na conta dos preços inflacionados de Gramado.
