Great hotel,, breakfast buffet was very good, someone cooking eggs,tapioca ,, juice breads coffe fruit, cakes. Only problem you need to drive or uber to town. They do have shuttle but only every hour

Insatisfatório

O hotel estava com alta lotação e a estrutura do estabelecimento não tem capacidade para bem atender os hóspedes. O café da manhã é extremamente bagunçado e o buffet do jantar bem precário. No quarto, o vaso entupiu e o chuveiro não corria muita água. Os carros ficam em estacionamento com manobrista, mas demoram para trazer os veículos quando pedidos. Alem disso, o hotel fica longe do centro e o transfer oferecido é insuficiente.

Hotel incrível, quarto confortável, piscina top, tivemos um pequeno imprevisto na questão da arrumação do quarto, 2 dias sem troca de toalhas e limpeza, tivemos que fazer uma reclamação na recepção, fora isso, tudo perfeito, espero que resolvam apenas essa questão, pois outras pessoas reclamaram do mesmo assunto. Com esse pequeno imprevisto ainda voltarei outras vezes

A estrutura do hotel é boa, mas não comporta o número de pessoas que frequentam na alta temporada. O café da manhã sem a necessária reposição dos alimentos e o do jantar com pouquíssima variedade, também com demora de reposição.

Eu estrutura impecável, mas atendimento ruim!

O hotel é maravilhoso, mas o atendimento deixou a desejar. Tudo muito caro, só estacionamento aos barzinhos e restaurante. Absurdamente caro! Outra coisa que não gostei foi a arrumação do quarto, cada dia tava de um jeito e tinha dias que deixavam um toalhas molhadas na cama e na bancada. O que percebemos é que são poucos funcionários para uma demanda grande, inclusive em época de férias. Eu não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel… é top, mas caro e precário no atendimento.

El hotel esta ubicado entre la montaña a 15 minutos del centro de gramado, es muy amplio, las habitaciones con calefaccion y demasiado comodas, el desayuno estuvo muy variado y delicioso, me encanto todo lo del hotel

Não voltaria, apesar do hotel ser excepcional!

Hotel com instalações modernas, funcionários muito atenciosos, qtos espaçosos, roupa de cama boa, toalhas nem tanto, limpeza boa. Porém, o hotel é enorme, lotado demais, o espaço do café da manhã não comporta os hóspedes, fica uma bagunça, super barulhento. Cada prédio deveria ter o espaço p café e não juntar todo mundo no prédio principal. A entrada tb é super lotada com manobristas se esforçando p pegar os carros, um tumulto sem fim, crianças passando entre os carros, uma loucura, além da longa espera. O hotel fica super distante da cidade, necessitando de carro p tudo. Wi-Fi bom. Tem uma infraestrutura de piscinas aquecidas q nem fomos conhecer por conta da super lotação. Outra coisa desconfortável e descortês com outros hóspedes são pessoas circulando no hall de entrada sem camisa, de roupa de banho ou de roupão aberto. As pessoas ficam na piscina descoberta desde cedo até a noite, falando alto, parece q estão dentro do quarto. O hotel deveria impor regras, mas é impossível devido ao número exagerado de pessoas circulando. Enfim, se vc quer descansar e ter tranquilidade, não recomendo!

Fui muito bem atendida e recepcionada, hotel é 5 estrelas , lindo, confortável, chique , maravilhoso! Voltaria , uma pena eu não tive tempo para conhecer tudo que o hotel oferece, recomendo que vá com tempo. De carro era próximo do centro uns 15 min. O único chato era pagar estacionamento sendo hóspede . Piscina de água quente aberta com borra infitita é um luxo .
