"Really lovely stay. Hotel itself is really nice & really convenient. The ski-in, ski-out access is a real winner- you’re literally on the slopes in minutes. We rented all our ski equipment from the shop onsite which was so convenient and our ski passes were waiting for us at reception upon arrival. Breakfast was good, plenty of options to choose from in the buffet. Room was very comfortable with everything you need, although note to all hotels- you always need more hooks for towels in the bathroom!! All the staff were lovely and really helpful. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll be back!"

"Our room was 2 hours late for check in- pretty disappointing customer service. The spa was fairly average - bit run down. Rest of the hotel was really nice, lovely breakfast in the morning and comfy bed. "
