Located at the foot of the Alhambra, in the picturesque lower area of the Albayzín, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1984, you will be enveloped in the feeling of living in a small palace, where every corner breathes history and tradition. You will have the privilege of enjoying a private terrace from where you can almost touch the grandeur of the Alhambra with your hands. This charming house has been meticulously restored to preserve all its authenticity and original charm, keeping its essence and period style intact. On the ground floor, you will be greeted by two cosy living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, with an extendable table with capacity for 12 people. In addition, you will be able to enjoy the charm of a typical Andalusian patio, an architectural gem that infuses harmony in every corner thanks to its water fountain, providing freshness and luminosity to all the spaces of the house. On the first floor, you will find two spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring a peaceful and quiet rest. The master bedroom, located on the second floor, gives you the opportunity to wake up to stunning views of the Generalife. This space features a spectacular bathroom adorned with Nasrid tiles and marble, along with an indulgent whirlpool tub for your maximum enjoyment. In addition, the terrace, a place full of color, will give you unforgettable sunsets and panoramic and uninterrupted views of the Alhambra and the Albayzín. The house has a privileged location, it is located at the end of Cra. del Darro, next to Paseo de los Tristes and in front of the Alhambra, which can be reached on foot in 10 or 15 minutes. It is located in an incredibly quiet place, which can be accessed by car to the house. At the exit of the house, down the street, there is a bus stop that continuously connects the Albayzín with the center, the Alhambra and the Sacromonte, places that can be easily reached on foot. In addition, walking along the banks of the Darro River you can reach the city center, the Cathedral and main monuments in a few minutes. The spectacular ski slopes of Sierra Nevada are less than an hour away by car, as well as the beaches of Granada. For your convenience, we offer a free parking space just 300 meters from the house. It is important that you provide us with the dimensions of your vehicle in advance to ensure that the space is suitable and facilitate your arrival. The extendable dining table can accommodate 6 to 8 people, but can be extended up to 12 people on request. The house was amazing. Really atmospheric and a brilliant location. We loved the rooftop area with views directly over the Alhambra.Jaime and his team were friendly, helpful and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Granada. Everything was superb.
We absolutely loved everything about this place. I appreciate all the attention to details and spectacular architecture and design of the home. Location was perfect and evening parking was perfect. This place is one of the best places weve every stayed. Views, interior of the home, location, literally perfect!
Beautiful property easy to find and easy to access. The views are quite incredible and the and bathrooms are spacious and private. My only disappointment from r the pricew is that there was a lack of toiletries , personal touch, and other amenities, limited coffee, etc. so if you’re coming to stay for a few nights you’re not equipped as you would be in a hotel room or a hotel that offers additional services.
Very charming property! Well equipped, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and a really great location. It was a short walk to everything.We had a bad experience seeing Alhambra (which has nothing to do with this property, of course), but just want to warn anyone visiting, let the buyer beware. Once you get there, the grifters run amok on the property, and the official employees are the opposite of helpful. Really really disappointing, and different from other historic sites in Spain. Buy a good guide book, get your tickets well in advance, avoid the fake websites, and be prepared for zero assistance.
Great stay in the traditional neighborhood of Granada
This property is a modified Riad in the oldest neighborhood of Granada. You will be right next to the river and will have an amazing view of the Al Hambra from your balcony.
The location is fantastic. You will walk to the best restaurants and be right in the middle of the action - but on a quiet side street.
There are 4 floors, with the top floor an outside patio with views. The bedrooms are of good size. And the bathrooms are nice size.
The only negatives were: The hot water never got very hot for a nice shower. And I suspect that the air conditioning may be inadequate in the summer. But for our trip in November, the temperature was fine.
Really, this property is all about nice space in an amazing location.

Le style de la maison, la décoration, l'emplacement, la disponibilité du propriétaire "Jaime", la propreté des lieux. Tout était parfait. Une chose à savoir, la maison est située dans un quartier nécessitant des autorisations d'accès pour les véhicules. Pas de soucis: Jaime vous les obtient dans la journée même. En tant que professionnelle du tourisme, je vous recommande à 100% "la Casa Morayma".
