Nestled between Granbury and Glen Rose, approximately 90 minutes from DFW International Airport, our 700-acre working Texas Longhorn and Hereford cattle ranch combines countryside tranquility with opportunities for adventure. Explore nearby attractions such as Granbury’s historic town square, Lake Granbury, Fossil Rim Wildlife Center, and Dinosaur Valley State Park, or enjoy time at the ranch, which features 1.5 miles of Brazos River frontage.

Gather, Cook & Unwind:
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas make it easy to spend time together. Prepare meals in a kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, then gather around the dining table with seating for six, plus additional seating at the kitchen counter.

Natural light and sloped ceilings create an airy, welcoming living space, complete with comfortable seating, an HD Smart TV, and a contemporary fireplace. Step outside to grill on the patio, enjoy your favorite beverage, and take in the serene waterfront views.

Two Bedrooms & Two Bathrooms:
- Primary Bedroom: Relax in a king-sized bed with an HD Smart TV, closet, and additional storage. The private ensuite bathroom features a walk-in tile shower, granite countertops, modern fixtures, and a hair dryer.

- Second Bedroom: Designed to accommodate adults or children, this bedroom features a custom-built bunk system with a queen-sized lower bed and stairs leading to an XL twin upper bed. An HD Smart TV and closet add convenience. The bedroom connects to the second bathroom, which includes a combination bathtub and shower, granite countertops, and modern fixtures.

Towels and bed linens are provided.

Guest Access & Ranch Experiences:

Important Details:
- Shared pool and hot tub: These amenities are shared among overnight resort guests. The villa does not have a private pool or hot tub.

- Waterfront location: The villa’s waterfront setting is not on Lake Granbury. Lake Granbury is approximately 10 minutes from the ranch, and the property does not provide direct access to the lake.

- Working ranch: Access is limited to designated guest areas. Please follow all posted rules and staff guidance around livestock and ranch operations.
