Lot's of upgrades done in 2019. Every bedroom has a TV and 3 of them are smart TV's. including the master bedroom The basement has a new 55" Smart TV (DVD players will be available for use if desired). The King in the master and the Queen Mattresses (upstairs bedroom with the crib, and the downstairs queen bedroom with the twin bunks) were replaced with new gel memory foam mattresses, and there are new additional furnishings all throughout the house. All new towels, all new bed linens, new pillows, new shams, and a fully stocked kitchen including: All new copper non-stick pots and pans with lids, new big cutting board, all new silicone cooking utensils, new mixing bowls, new kids plates and cups, new knives and knife block and new silverware. And a new coffee maker. Kitchen is DEEP cleaned every couple of months.
Welcome to our Designers Mountain Retreat! We built this home in 2006 in the Granby Ranch subdivision which is a stones throw from Granby Ranch Ski resort. We, and so many others love our home and know that you will too.
The House: The kitchen has granite counter-tops and everything you could need for cooking family meals. It also has a deep stainless steal single bowl sink with a new retractable faucet spray, and a large center island for food prep. The view from our home will take your breath away as soon as you walk in. It's spectacular. There is a mud room right off the garage for shoes, boots and jackets - as well as a closet for you to keep all your jackets. There are also wall hooks in the garage also for additional hanging storage and ski gear. All interior doors and door frames are solid dark knotty alder wood, hickory flooring on main floor. You'll find rustic yet modern fully appointed rooms and decor. If you enjoy attention to detail with regards to decor, you will certainly appreciate our home.

Room/bed configuration: Main level - Master bedroom: One king bed, second bedroom: One Queen bed and one baby crib and changing table.
Downstairs - Bedroom one: One queen bed & one twin bunk bed, Bedroom two: One queen over queen bunk bed (two queen mattresses).
Kids: Even though our kids are older we think it's a huge amenity to provide items for families with younger children. There is a crib in one of the upstairs bedrooms where there is also a queen bed (same room). We also provide a pack and play, high chair and baby gate for the top of the stairs. We also have a closet with all kinds of board games and puzzles for all ages.
Location: One really great thing about our location is having City Market grocery store at the base of our mountain. Anything you need is just two minutes away. Including a liquor store, gas station and Starbucks and now a McDonald's too. We are literally on the the same mountain as Granby Ranch ski resort, which is a family oriented ski resort that suits every skill level. (unless you're into black diamonds or back country skiing. In that case, Winter Park is 18 minutes away.) Our location offers loads of outdoor activities.
Notice: We usually retain dry goods in the house such as spices. MOST people appreciate not having to go out and buy all that stuff for cooking that they probably wont use up, and won't take home. I personally hate arriving to an empty pantry with no salt, no pepper, no nothing. I suggest arriving at the house to see what's available before you grocery shop. Sometimes the cleaning people will leave something that's brand new in the refrigerator. Like unopened bottles of water, beer ect. We will make sure it's kept to a minimum, but please expect this if you choose to stay in our home.
We highly encourage reporting any malfunctioning or broken items upon arrival so that we can do our best to rectify any issues as quickly as possible. It is our goal for you to have the best possible experience in our home.
MHOA rules and regulations
· Trailers, campers, RV’s, boats cannot be parked on the property for more than 24 hours. All vehicles must be parked in driveway overnight
· ATV’s, dirt bikes, snow mobiles and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties
· No loud outdoor noise between 10 pm to 8 am daily
· Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm
· Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are NEVER permitted
