The unit offers a spacious open floor plan encompassing the living and gourmet kitchen, located on the ground floor for easy access and picturesque views from the main living area and private patio.
The living area provides ample space for relaxation with comfortable furnishings surrounding the gas fireplace, flat screen television, and ceiling fan to help cool off during the warmer summer months as there is no air conditioning provided. This area also provides access to a private patio with BBQ grill and a wonderful spot to appreciate the picturesque environment.
The kitchen boasts a contemporary design, granite countertops, state-of-the-art appliances, and attractive wooden cabinetry, making it ideal for preparing both quick meals or formal dinners and a large breakfast bar area that will seat up to six guests..
Adjacent to the kitchen, a secondary dining space can comfortably seat up to two individuals for a quiet spot for a quick bite to eat or an area to catch up on emails or play table games.
