Get ready to have some fun!! This inviting property can accommodate many of your friends and family. Sited on a 14-acres on Lake Champlain with 360 feet of private shale beach front, perfect for swimming & Kayaking.

In the Summer hit golf balls on the 100 yard chipping range (bring your own balls) and enjoy the Basketball court.

In the winter cross country ski or snow shoe the front yard or ice fish and warm up in front of the wood pellet stove.

A few times a year an Elderly couple stay above the detached garage that is far away from the main house and does not affect your privacy to use everything the property has to offer.

SNOW-CATION 2025

We decided to to do a snow-cation in Vermont and found this beautiful house that accommodated 4 adults and 5 Children (7yo-16yo). The house was beautiful- spacious and clean. Adults enjoyed evenings in the kitchen while kids played ping-pong, pool and foosball. Property Manager responded quickly and even offered some local favorites/happenings based on our group. We travelled to Stowe Mtn each day, an absolutely beautiful drive. Burlington was close with abundance of shopping, breweries, walks. This property was perfect in the winter with the lake frozen over, and it must be even more gorgeous during the summer and fall. Definitely a 5-star rating! There was soo much to do, we'll definitely be back.

Amazing Fall get away spot!

Beautiful home to celebrate my father’s 85th birthday with family. Nice open layout and plenty of activities for kids. The spot, huge green lawn and views were amazing!

Great Get Away on Grand Isle

Our family of five had a wonderful time at this gem. Lovely setting and view of the lake and lots of fun things to do both indoors and outdoors.

Far beyond our expectations

This was one of those stays where everything went right. The house was even prettier in person, was more spacious than we expected, and absolutely clean and polished. We have allergies and asthma in the family and it’s always a bit of a worry when we travel but we had no problems here! Gorgeous views of the lake, plenty of privacy, and a truly enormous lawn. We were there early April so we didn’t use the boats, but they looked fun! The kids (teens) spent hours on the small shale beach and even found some fossils. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location and had plenty of fun hiking adventures in the nearby area. We all loved the game room, pool was the favorite but with so many options everyone could always find something they wanted to play. Plus, then there are all sorts of outdoor games! We would have happily stayed longer. Lucas was warm and helpful, everything went perfectly, and we’d love to go back!

Spring in VT

A cozy relaxed decor, very comfortable beds, warm bathroom heaters, efficient kitchen with great appliances, loads of fun games to play for all ages - billiards, ping pong, basketball, knock hockey, bikes, soccer, golf, and much more - but best of all, beautiful lake views. We took walks, biked, birdied, hunted for lake glass, cooked out on the grill, and had a fire in the fire pit two nights. We visited Burlington one day. All in all a lovely visit - with even an exciting snowstorm with strong winds on our last day. Thank you for sharing your wonderful lake home!

Family Vacation

This property was the perfect place to house my family, with plenty of space and beautiful views it made for a great getaway. The game room, living room, and outdoor fire pit allowed us to all hang out together and create really great memories. The location of the house made it easy to take lots of trips and explore Vermont!

Fantastic!

Really wonderful vacation house

Had a 5 night stay at this house with some old friends. The property was beautiful and the house had a great open layout and plenty of beds. Perfect for a group vacation. There were a lot of options for sitting around and relaxing and enjoying the views, and it’s close enough to Burlington to pop over for shopping and dining. And the lakefront access was great for swimming and boating. Had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this house!

Wonderful place to stay

This house is absolutely wonderful. Everything was very clean and in working order. It is in a very private setting and there is plenty of room for a group of 6 like we had. We enjoyed the nice big yard and the fire pit. There are paddle boards, kayaks, and a canoe, all of which were in very good shape. There also bikes to ride and a nice basketball court. We also enjoyed the room with the pool table and the ping pong table. The location is fairly remote, but a short drive gets you to small towns with little shops and restaurants. Overall just a really nice place.

Green utopia

Family fun

Beautiful house with a beautiful view of lake. A small walk down but worth it. Perfect area for kayaking and bike rides. Quiet area which was exactly what we wanted. Host very responsive and helpful. My only wish was that there was an outdoor table set for family to eat on the deck outside to enjoy the beautiful weather and view! That would have been perfect! Thank you for opening your home to us! We enjoyed our stay

Peace and quiet and fun

We had a wonderful stay here. Beautiful house with everything that we needed from the kitchen to bath and towels plus paddle boards and kayaks to explore the lake. Even enjoyed the pool table, football, and ping pong on a couple of rainy days. Lots of waterside biking roads and great state parks nearby. Can’t comment on any restaurants as there’s not much around. Make sure to grocery shop prior to getting on the island. We made all our meals and enjoyed eating with the gorgeous view. Beds were comfortable and lots of them. Would definitely come back here.

Serene lakefront getaway

My wife, mother-in-law and three adult daughters really enjoyed our week at this beautiful home on Lake Champlain. We all appreciated how peaceful and serene it was there. Very few cars and even very few boats came by. The house was well stocked with lakefront toys. A couple of paddle boards, three kayaks/canoes and plenty of bicycles. We enjoyed yoga on the front deck in the morning, sitting and playing at the waterfront during the day and one evening sitting around the fire pit. The enormous front yard enabled me to practice my nine iron from the golf pad on the front deck. The weather was great and there weren't any flies/mosquitos when we were there during the first week of August. The Champlain island vibe is a mix of rolling farmland and lakefront living. All in all just a wonderful escape from the bustle of our busy lives.
