Amazing stay! The campground is so cute and so pretty. It’s clean. Location is amazing. The river is so nice and right there. There’s a walking trail that is absolutely amazing that goes into downtown. Very walkable. Will stay agin if we ever come back to town.
I had such a great stay in the vintage Airstream at Camp Eddy! It was absolutely perfect for a solo traveler — cute décor, a super comfy bed, and all the amenities I needed. The air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool, and the water pressure was surprisingly amazing.
One of my favorite parts was being so close to the Colorado River — it added this peaceful, happy vibe to the whole trip.
There were a couple tiny things (a few cobwebs and one dead spider), but honestly, it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed the stay. The Airstream still felt cozy, charming, and well set up.
I’d definitely stay here again. Such a fun, unique little getaway spot!
It was a very cool experience for my family. The pros were the unique experience of staying in a nicely outfitted airstream trailer, the access to the river and the clubhouse and bathrooms were clean and welcoming. Cons were they could use a handyman to go through the trailer and fix some of the little things like broken door hinges, leaky faucet and slow drains, the futon was very uncomfortable for my teenage son, and the pool sticks in the clubhouse need to be replaced (most of the felts were missing and the table was quite popular). It was a great experience overall and we would recommend it.
We stayed in one of the tiny homes and it was perfect for what we wanted. You also get access to the main block toilets and showers if you want to use them.
Great walk from here to a local brewing place that does food.

Clean, spacious, full kitchen, big tv, comfy bed, dog friendly, beautiful view, easy self-checkin
Camp eddy was fantastic for our road trip! The facilities were so clean and the best were extremely comfortable. Being right across from a park for the kids to stretch their legs was an amazing bonus. Highly recommend.
Such a wonderful place in Grand Junction. We stayed in Airstream 1. We areived after hours. We did recieve a text with all of our details for acces to everythibg was in there. Really easy to follow. My favorite thing was watching the sunset from the river.

The Airstream we were given was quite different from what we thought it would be based on photos. Much older, worn, and out-dated. If I had known it wouldn't be one of the trailers featured in the photos on the website, I would have stayed somewhere else. The community areas were nice, so we spent most of our time there, rather than in the trailer. The view of the Colorado River and easy access to the bike trail also helped to offset our disappointment in the trailer.

Amenities are awesome with a variety of options to rent or bring your own RV!
I took one of the smaller airstream campers by the river. It has a kitchenette and a comfy bed. The tv sometimes had internet issues but usually a simple turn off and on sorted it. Decent bathroom. Hot water. The sofa in the kitchenette wasn’t comfy: the cushions slid off and the back was too straight. The heater and supplemental heaters kept me warm despite a cold snap. Convenient to downtown and the college. There’s a little food truck on site, too. I would stay here again.

Love love love Camp Eddy. The tiny home was perfect for our family. The property was easy to find and so beautiful. The views were gorgeous and loved having the river right outside. The tiny home was so cool and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the home has just what we needed for our stay. We did not want to leave. Highly recommend!!
Didn't realize from the online listing that there is a reasonably busy walking trail right behind the property so if I opened the shades for the river view, I also had zero privacy in the tiny home. Unit wasn't ready for check in until almost an hour after my 3:30pm arrival (check in from 3pm) and the receptionist mentioned that it was still being cleaned because they had a full turnover and I booked through Expedia, which.... Anyway, location is very nice and staff were friendly. Would stay again potentially but might not be my top choice.

Staff was great, location was great, and it felt like a true "camping" experience in an Airstream. Very clean and right on the water. Loved it and I'll be back! Again, the staff was STELLAR!
