The attendant at the front desk did not tell us the name of the WiFi. When I logged in to IHG, the signal was weak. My traveling companion was unable to use any network.
The phone was not answered when we tried to call. No one was at the front desk later. No signage “will return” or “helping another customer.”
Lame.
