Tranquil East Wing Suite Redlands Grand Junction, Colorado

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers 21 and over. This is a private bedroom with attached private master bath (456 sq. ft. total space) and outside entrance (no entry through the main dwelling) has keyless code (self check-in) for access. We are located 9 minutes from the east entrance to Colorado National Monument, 1.5 hours from Moab, UT and Arches National Park, and 20 minutes from Fruita, CO (some of the best mountain biking in the country). Secure area for bikes. All that and we are still only 5-10 minutes from downtown, grocery stores, and restaurants. Very nice views from the property. Suite has a King bed with memory foam pad, love seat, table and 2 chairs, rocking chair. ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, iron, ironing board, and mini fridge. Master bath has a double sink vanity with walk-in shower. There is a deck off the suite with table, 4 chairs, and umbrella.

Beautiful, clean, and quiet. The backyard overlooks the river. Lovely garden. My favorite part though was the walk in shower with amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water.

JUCO CWS Visit

Expectations meet on a great 4-night stay while visiting Juco College World Series. Property beautiful landscaped and if you love birds will get your fill this time of year of hummingbirds and others around their beautiful property overlooking the Colorado River. Also close to great hikes and downtown Main Street. Thanks to Cindy and Bruce.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Immaculate and cozy accommodations. Cindy has decorated this house so you feel welcome and has provided you everything you need for a relaxing stay. Bruce provided great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The location of the property is extremely convenient for a hike in the Colorado National Monument.

Amazing Gardens!

I immersed myself in the beautiful flowers and cozy spaces there. As a nature photographer this was heaven on earth. The room space was very nice too! Clean and well supplied and a very comfy bed to rest our heads of all day exploring the area.

Grand Junction Visit

I cant say enough good things about our stay. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Things we would have never thought if needing were there for our use. The room was comfortable and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was lovely and host very responsive. Only downside was that the A/C for the unit was tied to the main house so no personal control of temperature in the unit. It was hot weather when we were there and the main house being much bigger needed to run high to keep it cool but for our small space it was overkill and very cold and loud. The host did everything they could to keep us comfortable, and turned it off at night so it wasn’t noisy when we were sleeping, but it was an uncomfortable situation because we didn’t want them to be uncomfortable either.

Thanksgiving Redlands

Lovely property with awesome amenities. The shower was spectacular. Wish we had more time at the property but had lots of family obligations. The porch would have been delightful for coffee/breakfast, time permitting. Would definitely stay here again. Was close to our niece in Redlands - very convenient for the holiday extravaganza.

Cutest stay with a spa-vibe

Such a great, comfortable weekend in this space! Amenities are top notch! Super soft thick and luxurious towels and bedding. Spa-like double shower! Beautiful view of the canyon with stunning sunrises! Precious hosts too, super friendly yet gave me space, and they thought all all the little extras that I might have forgotten. I definitely recommend this for singles or a couple.

Wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely little Suite of Bruce & Cindy's. It is a quaint, quiet, beautiful view of the city and it was just perfect for my husband and I. We came from AZ, for a week, to visit our family. We enjoyed a great week of Fall weather, changing colors and rain. Just what we were looking forward to. Bruce & Cindy are very welcoming, friendly, helpful and a sweet couple. It was a pleasure to get to know them a little bit while we stayed. We would stay here again, and we highly recommend it to a couple that wants just the perfect quiet, peaceful and beautiful place.

Perfect place to rest before our big adventure

My husband and I spent one night here on our way into town. To say they thought of everything is an understatement. The room was clean and jam packed with little thoughtful touches. Bottles of water, soaps and lotions, little snacks on the table. This was the perfect place to rest before heading on to Utah. We even got a chance to chat with Cindy before we left and they recommended Dream Cafe, it did not disappoint either. I would highly recommend this little oasis.

The room was clean, large, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The shower was a great walk-in design with plenty of light. The grounds were really fabulous!
