This is a budget hotel. There won’t be any amenities. But what you will get is a very clean quiet comfortable room with a hot shower. Perfect for working out of town.
Definitely impressed with the cleanliness as it was an older hotel. Was a little put off by the safety glass between us and the front desk clerk; a sign on the front door telling us to lock our car (they were not responsible for loss) and having to sign an agreement to pay a $50 fee for leaving "blood" stains on anything! We stayed at several hotels that surround this one and no other had even one of those warnings. IF I had come from out of state that would have scared me, but it is the least expensive hotel in the area and perhaps that attracts less respectful guests. The room was nice and had a refrigerator and microwave. The towels were white and unstained and so were the sheets. I like that the floors were laminate, not carpeted. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable but the curtains were not light blocking and the parking lot is very well lit so it was hard to sleep with that much light coming in all night (a mask would have helped). That said, I would stay there again mostly due to the price, location and cleanliness.
Price was good. It is aged but clean. Quiet. No complaints.

The grounds, hallways , and room were extremely clean! Cleaner than most 3 star hotels!
Excellent care given to details. Not paying for pool & breakfast, so the rates were very good.
The room was pretty nice for a budget hotel I have to admit. The bed was very comfortable too! The guy that checked me in at night was very pleasant and even though he was a bit hard to understand with his accent. Plus, I was a bit tired, so that probably didn’t help any.
The spout in the shower needs to be fixed too but that wasn’t a big deal. I’d say a 4/5!

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness
Red stains on the sheets and blankets. When I had them change it there were more stains on the next blanket. Shower had hair when I checked in.
Room was super clean. Absolutely no complaints. Somehow the property never received my booking from Travelocity but they looked at the confirmation email and got me right into a room. Very basic room, exactly whst I needed and the refrigerator they have in the room is mich bigger than I was expecting.
Average room, bed was not comfortable, no amenities, not a place I would stay at again

I work midnights. Sleep during the day. The blackout curtains blocked nothing. The day people kept yelling at me "what room" Any time i left for coffee or phone conversations. If you can avoid the staff the rooms are clean and beds were comfortable.
For the cost, it guess you get what you pay for. The staff was friendly and professional. They required a $50 security fee which was refunded after they inspected my room when checking out. No problem with refund, just never have had to pay a security fee at a hotel before and checking my room before refunding my money felt weird, like they were suspicious of me. Also, no in room coffee which surprised me and helped to make my stay very unpleasant. I requested an accessible room and got one equipped with a shower chair which was great. But then realized they had a fixed shower head when there should have been a hand held one. Made bathing my disabled son difficult because I had to use a small drinking cup to rinse him off. Very frustrating. Also, in my room, the sink area was separate from the shower/toilet area. That made it difficult for the one person to get ready at the sink while the other slept in. The room was clean but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and I woke up with a headache. For the price, I guess it was okay, but I will not return and will pay more somewhere else for better comfort.
Clean and kept up. Food within walking distance on real, rare Michigan sidewalks.
Three loose dogs charged me in the stairwell. Potential guests should be informed that the establishment also operates as a kennel.
