A 90 m² house just for you; to discover, to write, to read or simply to think...

Authentic fisherman's house, renovated since 2008, on 3 levels with 2 sea views (1st and 2nd floor), ideally located in the very center of Grandcamp-Maisy.
The beach on foot with this house located 40 meters from the sea.
Grandcamp-Maisy is located between the landing beaches of June 6, 1944 (Utah Beach and Omaha Beach).
This townhouse without exterior is also located 5 km from the historic site of Pointe du Hoc where a breathtaking view of the sea awaits you.

Forget the car: At the foot of the house you will find all the shops (bakeries, butchers, newsagents, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket) and all the leisure activities you will need.
Fishing and pleasure port – Treat yourself to fish and shellfish every morning at the Fish Market 3 minutes away on foot.

Ground floor: Fitted and equipped open kitchen with beautiful dining area and relaxation area – Shower room with WC.
1st floor: Large spacious and bright living room of 30 m² with sea view, TV.
2nd floor: 2 separate bedrooms: 1 with bed facing the sea including a 140x190 bed and the 2nd bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190 – This second bedroom gives access to the bathroom.
Sheets, duvets, pillows and tea towels provided.
All windows have roller shutters, perfect for a sound sleep

Parking possible in front of the house and in the surrounding streets and communal car parks also free within 200 meters.

Electric cars: Charging station located on the town hall square in Grandcamp-Maisy - 24/7 (less than 250 meters from the house).
