"Clean room, bathrooms were excellent, staff were extremely helpful and nice, spoke both English and French. Didn’t have to drive my car at all, walked everywhere because everything was convenient. Shops nearby everywhere walking distance. 10/10"

"The hotel was in a good location for accessing the area. The amenities in the room were decent although beds were small, so sharing a bed was not ideal. Breakfast could have been better if it had less bread products and cake and a small selection of hot foods would nice."

"I asked at the front desk whether we were entitled to complimentary parking, and I was specifically told that we were and that I only needed to exchange the parking ticket at the reception desk. However, when I checked out, I was charged for two nights of parking, even though I only used the parking facility for one night. At that time, I was informed that the manager would contact me to resolve the issue. It has now been five days, and I have not received so much as a phone call. This level of service is extremely disappointing."
