"This hotel is in an historic part of Lincoln. Despite its age it is in excellent condition with lovely large well equipped rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is parking in an area on the other side of the road to the hotel. The restaurant provides a cooked to order breakfast which was very good. We had dinner on both nights of our stay which we very much enjoyed."

"Clean room. Toilet seat needs repairing. No Air con and no fans supplied in our room, Only Air con in reception only half working Could do with being dragged into 21st century. Needs decorating urgently. Car parking should be free. But handy for meeting in the city"
