The popular picturesque Victorian seaside resort of Grange-over-Sands (2 miles) is a lovely place to spend the day exploring the attractions on the town’s promenade. Walkers can enjoy splendid coastal walks around the Cartmel Peninsula (3.5 miles), Humphrey Head (2 miles) and many more. Other great places to visit are Bowness-On-Windermere (16 miles), Hawkshead (18 miles), Coniston (19 miles), or Ulverston (13 miles). This property is a perfect base to explore some of the hidden treasures of the Lake District.

    This beautiful country house will feel like a home away from home as soon as you walk in the door. The lounge boasts comfort and tranquillity with two sofas, armchairs, and a Smart TV to enjoy a family movie in front of the wood burner. The snug boasts another wood burner and seating area, right in the hub of the house. The kitchen/diner is the main focal point of the house and has an abundance of space where you will spend most of your time. Here, you can create a family feast and enjoy it at the dining table. In addition, there is a utility room with an AGA. There is also a shower room with a shower and WC at the rear of the house. On the first floor, there are two king-size bedrooms and two double bedrooms and a main bathroom with a bath, a separate shower, and a WC.

    At the front of the property is an enclosed garden area and at the rear, there’s a patio area with seating and a charcoal BBQ.
