"Sehr gut: Lage, ruhig, sauber, Frühstück, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. 1 Stern Abzug bei Zustand und Einrichtung, da die Feststell-Halterung für den Duschkopf defekt war (Duschkopf ist immer nach vorne/unten gekippt). Das Problem wurde zwar am gleichen Tag noch behoben, nachdem ich mich beschwert hatte, aber bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel würde ich erwarten, dass man so etwas bei der Zimmerreinigung bemerkt. "

"Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in Top Lage. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsstraße eine Straße weiter. Parkplätze nur für Mieter mit Parkkarte, allerdings konnten wir die ganze Woche parken und bekamen keine Strafzettel."

"It is a lovely hotel located outside the city. We especially enjoyed dinner in the restaurant where we had authentic German food. Our only concern was that it was hot outside and the room did not have air conditioning. We opened the windows and there was a beautiful breeze, but the flies kept coming in! I’d give the hotel 5 stars if they had screens on the windows."

"My room was gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the square. I never received prior communication about check-in, but a sign on the door to the building informed me to check-in at a different location around the corner. That was fairly simple, but I was charged for the room a second time. Later I realized I had already paid for the room online, went back the next morning, and got a refund. The refund could only be in cash. My room had a door to an adjoining room with a sign on it that said it was a fire exit for the adjoining room. That's pretty wild, but I just turned on my cognitive dissonance, and nothing happened. Seems very unsafe though."
