"Convenient place to stay for Family weekend but a few things did not meet our expectations.. there was a loud refrigerator buzzing sound that could not be solved and the toilet had a dripping/flushing sound that did not stop and unfortunately housekeeping came to clean our room at 8am each morning before we were out for the day..:a little too early."

"This is an extremely nice hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing with the linens super soft and fresh. The towels are extra large and fluffier than traditional hotel towels. Robes were available. We ordered room service twice and everything was delicious, arrived right on time, and was perfectly arranged. The pool is heated. My only complaint is that the resort is a bit noisy. There is a natural waterfall, artificial water features turned on most of the time, and loud music playing from two areas near the pool. The water flowing reminded me of the sound I hear in my yard when the neighbors air conditioner is on. I wanted more peace and quiet. That being said, the hotel excelled in most other areas."

"It was a beautiful area. The breakfast potatoes were not well cooked the last day. Someone starts cleaning the yard too early and woke me up two days. The room had only one queen size bed so we were not too confy. It was hard getting the bags to the room. It has laundry services which was great"
