Zur Ortsmitte mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (auch am Samstag bis 20.00 Uhr) ca. 5 - 10 Gehminuten. 5 Ferienwohnungen (3 und 5 Sterne), eingerichtet in stilvollem Ambiente und gemütlichen Flair (teilweise mit Antiquitäten) von 40 - 100 qm für 1-2 Personen stehen Ihnen zur Auswahl. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Rad-u. Wandertouren. Langlaufloipe direkt vor dem Haus. Sessellift zur Hochplatte 3 Km. Ausstattung: Alle Wohnungen verfügen über Balkon oder Terrasse, WLAN, komplett eingerichtete Küche, Essecke, Kabel-TV / Radio-Cassette-CD. Liegewiese mit Gartenmobiliar; Parkplätze am Haus, keine Haustiere! Nichtraucher.
Die 5* Sterne Wohnung befindet sich im gesamten Dachgeschoss, ca. 100 m² Wohnfläche mit Südblick zum Kammerköhr, Winklmoosgebirge. Zur Wohnung gehört ein 8 x 2,5 m Balkon mit Süd-Westblick zum "Wilden Kaiser" und zur "Hochplatte" (1587m). Sie besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit offenem Esszimmer, einer separaten sehr gut ausgestatteten Einbauküche mit Ceranfeld, Backofen, Dunstabzug, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,80 x 2,00 m Bett, außerdem Kabel-TV und Radio mit Kassette/CD und DVD Player und Safe. Badezimmer mit Dusche, Eckbadewanne mit Whirpoolfunktion, WC und Bidet und Fenster.

Großzügige Dachwohnung in herrlicher ruhiger Lage

Es handelt sich um eine großzügige Dachgeschoßwohnung im alpenländischen Stil. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal-gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel aber dadurch bedingt auch angenehm kühl (trotz 30 Grad Außentemperatur). Der große Balkon, ausgestattet mit Mobiliar für alle Zwecke ist überdacht und bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht auf Berge und Wiesen. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig. Die anderen Balkone des Haus sind an der anderen Seite, so dass man keine Nachbar-Balkone neben oder unter sich hat, was auch noch zur Ruhe beiträgt. Das einzige kleine Manko der Wohnung für größere Leute sind die doch teilweise ziemlich niedrigen Deckenbalken (speziell in Küche und Bad), an denen sich mein Mann anfangs des Öfteren angestossen hat. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.
