The hospitality was some of the best i have ever experienced. The food was great, the beer garden was perfect. Brian and Sue and the entire staff were absolutely the best and will forever be a memorable part of our trip. Yes, the building is old, 1600s. To us, that is a key part of the charm. Always stay here staff are excellent. Hotel room has everything we need and sitting out looking onto the lake is stunning Food is reasonably priced and you can have it brought to your room for a service charge. Breakfast is good or if you’re going out for the day they offer sandwiches instead.

Good place for its price, good size rooms and nice environment in overall. Very good communication with the maneger, but their Wi Fi has very low signal and almost 0 speed, but everything else was perfect! I would recommend this place.

Supreme boutique hotel with vibe that is fire! Excellent kitchen. Helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean, comfortable and with high quality rain shower. Down the street from Mansion House (underground) station and directly on the District and Circle lines. Walkable to Tower of London, Tower Bridge and St. Peter’s. My room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Short walk to underground station made this a great base for exploring the city. The area is quiet, but always has enough activity to feel safe. As a single traveler, I was perfectly comfortable walking after dark. Friendly staff made it a great place.

The hotel was absolutely amazing! The hotel was close to a metro stop. Nice location. Everything was top tier. The staff was super nice. The room and the hotel were very nice. Front desk attends to your needs as son as you can. It’s definitely worth the price. I will be staying here again.

New and clean with extremely helpful staff. Super convenient Liverpool Street Station and great food options. Lizzy Line comes to Liverpool straight from Heathrow.

The hotel provided tea milk and hot chocolate but no coffee. Treats were also complimentary. Room and hotel was always tidy and clean. Within the financial district we only had the london tower and the tower bridge nearby so we had to take the underground to most places for sightseeing. It’s 4 minutes walk to the underground tower station. After dark the walk from the tower station or park station can be dark on some streets. Not dangerous just our daughter felt uncomfortable a few times.

Great location, amazing breakfast, awesome price

Absolutely love this hotel. It is the first time I stay at an Andaz hotel and will now try it elsewhere. The design is fun and modern. There are numerous restaurants onsite and a 24hr gym. The location is perfectly situated right next to liverpool station and you have numerous cafes, a tesco, a boots across the street. Above all else though, the staff is the heart of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of shopping, dining options and the tube. The onsite restaurant has a wonderful breakfast option, so add it to your stay. As a solo traveler I felt quite safe, and the staff was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again.
