"Room and bathroom were spotless. Terrace and lounge area on floor 12 were beautifully designed and welcoming. Staff very polite and helpful. The only compliant was how hot the room was, a small Dyson fan wasn’t enough to provide the cool required to sleep. It was incredibly hot and not much sleep had."
