Perfect place

What a great hotel and just a few steps from the train station. It was ideal especially arriving to town late. Graz was great and this hotel is in the perfect location.

Decent enough hotel, right next to the station. Room was pretty small but bed was very comfortable. My VIP perk went unrecognized however, but other than that it was good.

Convenient, very close to the train station and local transportation. Very nice lobby, modern decor. Staff was responsive. We had free minibar items, but they do not refill. Great for a short stay.

Great for a night or two when you need to be close to public transportation. The hotel is not in the scenic part of town, but we knew that ahead of time, and the proximity to the train station was key for us. Fun little room with a great shower and balcony. Room has a minibar, which is included in the price, a coffee maker, and fast internet.

The location is very convenient, right next to the station. The room was too hot so I opened the window to cool it down. The shower room door was not cleaned properly and was unpleasant. The breakfast was satisfying, with standard ingredients provided. I was surprised by how sudden the alarm was. I was troubled by the lack of any communication, the phone was not connected, and the elevators were stopped. In the end I took my valuables and went down to the front desk myself to make sure there was no fire. It was disappointing that there was no announcement from the hotel.

Railway Hotel

The hotel is right at the train station only about 150 meters. No noise from trains. Bathroom is weird with no privacy in shower due to full glass panel showing everything into room - needs a privacy blind. Not everyone wants to be watched in the shower. The toilet is so small you need to leave the door open for longer legs. Also there is quite a step up onto the bathroom so not good for anyone with mobility issues. No Hotells.com upgrade and I checked to see if available and was rooms available for my dates. Did get a 10 euro bar voucher from Hotels gold membership. Bed was comfortable. No kettle in room. No fridge. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Trams run from under ground just near hotel. A very convenient hotel for trains and trams. A large supermarket in train station. Room had good bench space and long seat which was handy. A small desk on wheels was very practical and could fit over the bed if you wanted to work or eat from bed.
