"Traveled for work. Really clean, modern room in the Peppermill Tower. Avoid the steakhouse but great otherwise. "

"Room had broken hot water knob on sink and bathroom smelled of mildew and had a few ants. The ice machines on every floor of the Birch tower were out of order. Hanna's was disgusting and over priced. The buffet was overpriced and not worth the money. Not a lot of selection and had old deserts that were honestly the worst. Had an ok experience in the casino for up until the last night we stayed. The blackjack dealer they brought in on the $5 table was a real jerk. Not based on anything other than his attitude. Everyone was enjoying themselves and having a good time until this guy showed up. Very nasty to the pit boss and customers. Not respectful or decent in any way. Very condescending and rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy their vacation."

"Good location but elevators were an issue, especially during check out. We were waiting 10+ minutes multiple times and we wound up having to lug all of our luggage down 8 flights of stairs. Not sure if we will stay again, there isn't a great place to enter the hotel with your luggage, there are stairs and carpet which made it challenging. "

"The house was very clean, the game room was great for entertainment especially the pool table. I will say the refrigerator in the garage had a smell to it but it wasn’t as strong unless you were next to it. But overall it was a great experience and liked how close grocery stores and fast food were near the house. "
