"As a single woman traveling with a large intimidating-looking dog (and I've traveled all over the world in third-world countries), I was very afraid. From the destroyed door safety-latch in my room, to the bent frame of my window screen on the ground level, suspicious folks waiting at the various entrances, shattered front entry door to the building, people walking around without teeth and not very 'with-it', vehicles in the parking lot were missing windows, car doors left wide open, and ultimately, I sincerely feared for my safety. I looked for the front desk clerk to explain I didn't feel safe and needed to book another hotel, but that person couldn't be found either, so I contacted Hotels.com for support in cancelling this reservation, but nothing has been done. I didn't stay more than 20 minutes in my room leaving it exactly as I found it (except for using one bar of soap) and I had to book another hotel. I would have felt safer if I had my husband and a sidearm but still wouldn't have slept."

"The curtain Rod Was falling down along with the Bathroom door was broken around the handles. I Was unable to get a receipt at checkout due to printer being broken. They said they would e-mail it to me. they didn't."

"Downtown location, underground parking limited by vehicle height. No carpet in room, probably to ease upkeep. Decent breakfast. Inconvenient access from outside for security reasons."

"Super fun mid century motel! We enjoyed our stay and all of the original decor. It was very clean and very well maintained. Staff was super friendly!"

"Checked in and were offered a small glass of beer or wine. Asked if we wanted to order breakfast for morning which was delivered to our room. Hotel was extremely clean. Staff super nice and friendly. We were given a room without a window. We will request a window room next time. Close enough to walk to various restaurants and drink establishments. They also will deliver cookies and milk to your room upon request."
