"Nice hotel in downtown Toronto! Room was a good size and everything was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the Eaton Center and the subway was close by for transit too. The only downside was the constant noise from the street below throughout the night. It felt like our room had very little sound proofing from the balcony. Overall a great stay though, and we would choose this hotel again easily!"

"Clean, comfortable, easy checkin and out. Room service dinner didnt get order correct but did refund missing items. Great location. Bathroom door creaked, heard the neighbours clearly.. no parking and closest was the lot behind hotel, $65/day, not secure at all. Would stay again if i didnt have an adjoining room and found more reassuring parking."
