"My overall stay was amazing! The only downside was I had some trouble with rooms and she said she was going to “upgrade me” but it was the same room I payed for ahead of time. The room was clean but the balcony view was disappointing since I only saw construction. amenities were great and overall was a good stay."

"This hotel is very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. The one downfall is you can’t get a normal cup of coffee until 7 AM. The machines in the room were not what I call a good cup of coffee. There are no microwaves in the hotel rooms so you cannot heat water for a cup of instant coffee or tea.There was a Starbucks, but it didn’t open until 7 AM. When we asked if we could get a cup of coffee somewhere, there was no other option. The sky restaurant is very nice, but the prices were outrageous! I would stay here again, but pack my Keurig machine."
