The staff were fantastic, so helpful & polite, though over the phone they said i'd be 1st room on 1st floor as i come out of lift as i'm disabled, but i was 18 doors from lift, the window rattled all night so we didn't get any sleep, but the hotel is in a good spot. Lovely & clean, close to sea life & other places

My stay at this hotel was ok, but i only stayed for 2 days, the hotel looks dated inside, the lift looks like its been there when the hotel was built, it worked but only2 people would fit in at a time, the staff were very helpful willing to help, the room was tidy enough room for 2 days, had a kettle and drinks,. the bed ..... well 2 days was enough, the mattress had seen better days, you could fell every spring and wire inside, not very comfortable. free parking out the front of the hotel, but limited spaces, the hotel is in walking distance for the sea front. i don't know if i would stay again, but it was a good price at the time. The hotel doesn't do food but the is a lot of cafe's and restaurants along the sea front.

Staff were very helpful. Sadly, there are no food and drink services available. The room was small. It had been recently decorated, but in a slapdash manner. Beds were comfortable and linen clean. Disappointingly, there seemed to be no housekeeping - beds left unpaid, cups unwashed.... It is v much a budget place.

Great location ! We had a lovely two night stay here in great weather . Hotel is dated but is typically British which I love . Clean rooms and comfortable beds . Fridge was a massive bonus with it being mid to late 20° with free water on arrival too . Shower pressure low which could be annoying in the colder days . Only gripe was tv sound was restricted so couldn't hear but luckily we wasn't there to watch it . WiFi ok . Lastly we was lucky finding a parking space out front because they are public too !

Only downside to the room was the bright light and no bedside lamp wiich would of been more better for myself. Room was big and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Will definately book again. Building is dated with no bar or restaurant but did not effect our stay

Everything about this stay was basic. For the price we paid, we knew it would be basic. That's what we paid for. Comfy bed - impressed it was king size. Close to the seafront. Town was a 10 minute walk. Free parking on the road outside. Clean bedding. Clean towels. Working TV with Freeview. Tea & coffee tray. Space in the room to put things away if you wanted. Quiet location and quiet inside. Plenty of space for 2 people to move around in the room. We wanted a cheap place to lay our heads for 2 nights. This didn't disappoint. We'd happily go back if in the area again.

Friendly and clean hotel

Friendly staff, hotel and room was clean. Nice free carpark out the back, 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the main town center.

Great budget hotel. Nice , clean and good location. Price of the room was very good. Good bathroom, toiletries supplied and clean towels. Lovely comfy bed. Room was a tad hot but it was heatwave. All in all a great stay over.
