Where to start,Santorini sky is a diamond of a hotel. The property is especially serene and the views breathtaking. The staff exceeds expectations in every way imaginable! My only regret is not staying enough days at the property.

The highest of hospitality you can ever imagine. The staff will take your bags to your room and also when you leave. They will make all your reservations for your restaurants, tours, cabs, car rentals, ect. Will give all the recommendations you need. This spot is a great location in the middle of the island, can walk the trail to Oia on the path that’s along the hotel, walking to Fira the other way. Easy to walk to the bus stations. The hotel itself is more boutiquey and unique in a good way. We loved our Superior Suite which was spacious and comfortable and always clean. When we got there Melanie greeted us and helped wheel in some of our luggage. The services that I really appreciated: - unlimited free bottled water (although you're really paying for it in your hotel fee) - generous breakfast included - you order from a menu (see photo) - offer to pre-arrange shuttle or private car to/from airport and you pay the hotel...

The hotel location was beautiful, with our own private patio and plunge pool. The staff was very helpful with spa arrangements in our room and dinner reservations. If we had any issues, they took care of them immediately. We had a very wonderful experience!

Very friendly and helpful staff. There is only street parking, but not hard to find, behind the hotel area. So many restaurants right there. Drove to the most famous Cretan beaches, but the local beach is also very nice. very picturesque. We could see the lighthouse from our window.

This was such a nice little oasis. Beautiful and spacious room with private hot tub area. Well located, 10 min walk from main square and bus station. Welcoming was really nice, I highly recommend.

Very elegant and peaceful hotel with sophisticated menu of fresh Greek food. Incredible breakfast. Staff was warm, friendly extremely helpful! Stayed w two kids 15 and 8 and were very glad we picked the room w the plunge pool. Hotel is located between the two main villages of Oía and Fira and I recommend the easy walk to Fira around sunset along the pedestrian walkway carved into the rim of the volcano. Oía is much further away and only reachable by bus from Fira or by a 35 euro taxi each way....

This was my favorite hotel in Crete. Very well decorated and stylish, while retaining a Greek islands feel. Eva and staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this for your stay in chania.

My and my boyfriend really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was hospitable and helpful, trying to make your stay comfortable. Our room was well-cleaned daily. It had two separate beds, one next to another, two bedside lamps, wardrobe, desk with two chairs, mirrror and little fridge. We booked room with beautiful sea view (little more expensive) from large balcony with small plastic table and two chairs. If it comes to bathroom, shower was little annoying beacuse of small shower tray - after taking...

This hotel has a high rating for a reason. Service is excellent! We left early last day and found a bad of sandwiches, fruit and water waiting for us upon checkout. Breakfast is good and abundant. Bar staff is friendly and gives great service. Only thing I would improve is size of the gym but still it has a lot of gear. Will be staying again.

I am originally from Greece and currently live in South Florida. This is the 2nd time i have been to Santorini and my wife's 3rd. This has been by far our favorite Hotel in Greece and we have been in about 15 of them. excellent location, it is a hike to get there and back but it is good way to burn those sweet and savory crepes.
