"A pousada tem uma area externa com piscina bem bonita e os quartos são amplos, limpos com camas e travesseiros confortáveis.
Os funcionários são muito prestativos e educados e fomos muito bem acolhidos desde o check-in e especialmente no check-out pois meu marido esqueceu o aparelho CPAP dele no quarto e só demos falta ao chegarmos no aeroporto, sem tempo para retornar a Pipa. Imediatamente contatei a pousada e o funcionário gentilmente enviou o aparelho pelos correios no mesmo dia para nós. ...

"Turned up 4 people they said room only for 3 max. My friend offered to stay in a hammock outside the room . Not accepting that she then forked out over £100 for another room which was only available 1 night we were there for 2. Then the management the next day had a change of heat and all 4 of us were allowed in the original room . Disgusting treatment just to get another £100+"
