Full bathroom is on the first floor with bathtub/shower. Second half bathroom is upstairs. Lower bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Makeup towels are available in both bathrooms along with hair dryers.
The front of the house features a three season room with additional seating for eating and relaxing.
Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using Greenware pots & pans. The dining area has a large table that will accommodate 8 with chairs.
A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are provided!
Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig 12-cup coffee maker and k-cup coffee maker are available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia!
Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. For your convenience, laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available.
We are available for guests if needed via Airbnb messaging! Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.
A $25 separate grill fee is applied for any reservations that request, or use the grill during their stay. This fee covers the cost of propane & additional cleaning time required by the cleaning team. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout.
$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
The home is located in a residential area; it also shares a fence line with a storage unit company. There are commercial buildings at the end of the road. There are only other four homes located on this road.
Parking is available for 2 cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Parking is also available on the street. Uber and Lyft services available in the area.
Please be respectful of our home and our neighbors as many have lived in the neighborhood for decades. We are the only Airbnb on our block.
The road to the home is a very short road with only a handful of homes and is gravel. The home shares a fence line with a storage unit company.
If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.
Credit card fees are non-refundable upon booking if reservation is cancelled by guest.

- Please be respectful of neighbors; music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm and before 7am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and yard, back yard, side door and yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Please remove your shoes when in the home.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances. Please see Airbnb's strict cancellation policy for further details.
- We do not refund any credit card fees for reservations canceled by guest.
