Pet friendly home. Pack-n-play and baby gates in rust bedroom closet if needed for your little ones. Completely fenced in yard for your children and pets. Propane firepit table and grill (seasonal)
Two parking spces in driveway. Overnight parking on Green Bay city streets is prohibited between the hours of 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. Added safety features include fire blanket in kitchen drawer and fire ladder in the 2nd story dresser. Home also features motion activated lighted staircase to 2nd floor. Please park vehicle in driveway overnight as parking on the street in Green Bay from 3 a.m. - 5 a.m. is prohibited. Please pick up pet waste daily.
Our home is located in a very nice friendly neighborhood so we expect all of our wonderful guests to be considerate of all of our wonderful neighbors.
NO SMOKING, candles, incense or flames of any sort in home. Smoke sensor is installed inside. A $500 fee will be charged if this rule is not followed.
